Classroom-to-Television Studio

The video lectures produced in support of this program were shot in a one-week period during a Spring Break at the university. To facilicate the production, a traditional classroom needed to be converted into an effective and temporary television studio.
Key insructors in each of the topic areas covered throughout this survey course were scheduled to deliver lectures for video recording throughout the week. These programs were recorded "live-to-tape" using multiple cameras and other various video materials with minimal editing or other post-production processing to minimize the time and resources required to move from prodcution to distirbution.
3-D Plan and Set Design
The studio space was created prior to production using 3-D modeling software (Alias and Poser) to visualize camera placement, talent orientation, background elements, and presenttion imagery.
