Central America, Distributed Learning

We are currently engaged in education initiatives in Central America, with online instructional programs presently established in Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and soon, Columbia. This effort focuses on both technical infrastructure—accessible platform—as well as content primarily in the area of teacher training and support. Dr DiGangi presently leads a US DOE sponsored grant which established a bi-national PhD program with La Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, preparing faculty with expertise in behavioral and emotional disorders.
