Ruvi is the director of the Learning Technologies Group within alt^I. He is an instructional technologist specializing in web based multimedia development, interface design, and online courseware development. He supervises Blackboard course administrators, ASU faculty support and training, the Learning Technologies Lab, and LT multimedia software development for special projects. He also coordinates testing and upgrades, as well as troubleshooting ASU's course management systems Blackboard and Sakai. The LT group also evaluates emerging technologies and makes recommendations regarding potential campuswide deployment. Ruvi has been a full time staff member with ASU Information Technology since 1996 and is an instructor at Arizona State University, teaching Computer Literacy courses.
